Terms and Conditions for SMS Contest: |

| 1. |
The SMS Contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") shall be open on the respective days of the release of the contest in the Customer Education Series in The Times of India and The Economics Times, subject to other terms of the contest. |
|
| 2. |
Participation in the contest is purely voluntary. There is no participation fee, except for the applicable SMS/GPRS fee charged by the respective operators. Participation in this offer will be construed as acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein. |
|
| 3. |
To be eligible for participation in the contest, a person must be a citizen of India who has completed the age of 18 years at the time of participation. |
|
| 4. |
To get an opportunity to win a prize, a person has to participate in the contest via SMS by giving the correct answer to the question asked in the contest. Each of the first 50 correct entries shall win a holiday voucher that entitles the winner to avail of accommodation for two nights and three days ("2N 3D") for a couple, at any one of 57 selected tourist destinations in India as mentioned in Annexure I. |

Two Kids children up to the age of three can be admitted free along with each couple for the holiday. Admission of children above the age of three will be chargeable as per the applicable rates published by the participating hotels/resorts concerned. |

Winners shall be informed through phone about their entitlement to the specified gift voucher. |
|
| 7. |
The holiday vouchers are non-refundable, non-encashable, non-extendable and non- negotiable.
|

| 8. |
We will be sending the holiday voucher to the address confirmed by the winner. On receipt of the holiday voucher, the winner needs to fill the booking form (which comes attached to the holiday voucher) by indicating the dates and destinations he/she wishes to visit. The winner shall then send this completed booking form along with a demand draft of Rs.799.00 in favour of our marketing company that will be specified in the offer letter, drawn on any nationalized bank and payable at Mumbai, as processing charges at least 30 days before their date of visit. |

The holiday voucher will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of winning the contest, after which it will expire automatically. |

| 10. |
If the winner does not receive the holiday voucher after we have delivered it properly to the courier company / post office for delivery to the winner, we shall not be liable and shall not be under any obligation to give the holiday voucher again, or make any kind of payment in lieu of the holiday voucher, to the winner. |

| 11. |
A minimum of 30 working days advance notice by the voucher holder within the valid time frame is required for confirmation. The holder must give a minimum of three preferences of dates, hotels/resorts and destinations at the time of booking the request to enable processing of the booking. There should be a gap of at least seven days between the preferred dates. All room bookings are subject to availability and prior bookings. |

On receipt of the booking form, our marketing company shall process the request for the reservation according to the choices indicated in the booking form, and issue the hotel e-confirmation to the indicated e-mail address. Those customers who don't have a valid e-mail address will be informed first via phone and later by physical, ordinary postal mail. We will not be held responsible for any late receipt or non-receipt of the voucher by the claimant. All winners are requested to carry the print copy of the e-mail confirmation or original of the letter of confirmation to be produced at the time of check-in at the hotel, the details of which will be indicated in the confirmation e-mail/letter. |

Once the letter of confirmation has been issued against a particular request, no changes will be entertained. A service fee of Rs. 200.00 will be charged if any amendment/change is required once the booking is confirmed. Not more than one amendment/change will be permitted. |

| 14. |
Hotels have the right to charge for additional facilities like additional bed, telephone calls, laundry and other leisure facilities. All extras that are not indicated in the packages are to be paid directly to the hotel before check-out. Charges for extra beds and accompanying children above the age of three will be additional. Additional taxes, if applicable for any of the facilities not included in the voucher, are to be borne by the holder and have to be paid to the hotel directly. |

| 15. |
The complimentary offer has to be utilized by the person to whom it is issued. The person asking for booking by using the card number on the gift voucher is responsible for his/her companion in respect of accepting the terms and conditions indicated herein. |

| 16. |
Only the completed booking form, in original, will be entertained and no two or more forms can be clubbed together for booking. |
|
| 17. |
No booking on phone, by fax or e-mail will be accepted. Booking through the holiday voucher will be accepted only at our marketing company's office and not directly at the hotels. |
|
| 18. |
Illegible/incomplete forms will be rejected. |
|
| 19. |
In the event of loss of booking form or voucher. no duplicate will be provided.
|
|
| 20. |
Winners shall retain a photocopy of the booking request form with them. |
|
| 21. |
We reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw, change, alter or modify the terms and conditions of the contest, at our sole discretion, without any notice at any time during the validity of the contest. We are under no obligation to notify such, cancellation, discontinuation, withdrawal, change, alteration or modification or give any reason for it. Our decisions regarding this contest, including selection of the winners of the contest, will be final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained in this regard. |

| 22. |
We shall not be responsible for any cost, expense or other liability whatsoever in relation to, arising from or connected with the holiday vouchers nor for any injury, loss, damage or consequence whatsoever suffered or incurred by a winner and arising from or in relation to the holiday vouchers. |
|
| 23. |
The holiday vouchers shall be given to the winners subject to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations/processes/formalities in connection with the holiday vouchers and on production of all such documents/papers as required by us before accepting the delivery of the holiday voucher. Any failure on the part of the winner(s) to comply with the directions issued by us for claim of the holiday voucher shall entitle us to withdraw the voucher and render it null and void at our sole discretion. |

| 24. |
All applicable taxes, including but not limited to, income (withholding) tax, TDS, gift tax, and any other statutory levy, as may be applicable from time to time in relation to the holiday voucher, will be payable by the winner. The winner is solely responsible for any other expense related to the acceptance and use of this offer and we shall not in any manner be liable or responsible for it. |

| 25. |
The holiday voucher can be redeemed only once. This offer is not valid for group bookings. |
|
| 26. |
Employees of Disha Financial Counselling or its affiliates and parents, and their immediate family members and relatives are not eligible to participate in the contest. |
| 27. |
The packages are not valid for certain peak periods including Diwali (10th October to 31st October*) and Christmas (13th December to 3rd January) holidays. (* These dates can vary.) |
| 28. |
In the event of any dispute or differences in respect of the contest, our decision shall be final and binding on all concerned.
|
| 29. |
All disputes under the contest shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Kochi, Kerala. |
